Find out if the canopy pin is firmly in place. If it is loose, that may be a possible reason for the noises coming from your fan. You should rotate the body of thecasablanca fans until the pin is placed firm again

If the pins are not the problem, it could be the screws which hold the flywheel or those that are directing drive from the motor to the blade holders. Tighten any lose screws if you notice any. The blade holders should be positioned straight and not bent but if they are bent then you should replace them.
You should also check all the screws keeping the ceiling up and together. The user’s manual should easily provide you with useful guide on how to place these screws. Tighten any one of these if you found loose.
